The husband and I went to QB foods in Chin Bee Crescent in Tuas some time back to stock up on our meat supply, and ended up getting various cuts of beef. We were most pleased with this US Black Angus Ribeye which was about 1.5 inches thick and almost 400g in weight.
The husband is my favourite steak chef. He normally marinates the beef in worcestershire sauce and ground black pepper for about half an hour before putting it on the pan.
