Hua Kee seafood at Pasir Panjang

The husband and I were taking an evening walk at Labrador Park and decided to have dinner in the area. My family used to live in Pasir Panjang and we really liked the siput (some call it zoot zoot) cooked with sambal at the seafood stall there.

We had clams and sambal stingray, as well as some kai lan.




The clams, in the sambal-garlic sauce, were brilliant with steamed rice.
