Upon the recommendation of various friends, the husband and I set out armed with our street directory to find this roast meat stall that was apparently the "best ever", according to a colleague of mine. We were most pleased to find that it lived up to its reputation.
We shared a watercress soup.

There are 2 sauces - a chilli sauce and a sweeter plum sauce - to accompany the roast meat.

The siew yuk was melt-in-your-mouth heavenly. The char siew was absolutely stunning, with just the right mixture of burnt sugars. The duck skin was crispy and not at all fatty.

Another view of the duck. We ate up every morsel. Lunch cost us $26 for 2 people, including drinks
